True, this is not the first time I have chanced upon a very badly written direct marketing mailer. Perhaps the inclination is to appeal to the clientele (in this case, HDB dwellers) but, seriously, there is still a need to maintain good information and copywriting! Like you mentioned, everyone is copying each other with the &#039;Minutes to...&#039;, how original! :)

About the only leaflets or flyers I do appreciate are the fast food coupons! Don&#039;t we all :)</description>

		<description>I think this is a case of &#039;monkey-see-monkey-do&#039; kind of  situation. There are so many of these leaflets stating the &quot;minutes to Orchard, Somerset&quot; on them.

It&#039;s like it doesn&#039;t matter where the condominiums are but as long as it takes &#039;1 minute&#039; to go to Orchard/Somerset MRT, it is a must buy! So where is the unique selling point then if every developer is using the same tactic?
